Our innovative Brassiere style menu uses the best of local ingredients & produce all local sourced within 25 miles. The Specials Board changes daily from Local Lobster-Crab-Fowey River Mussels, which have been landed, to our local meats & game reared on Cornish Pastures & Orchards, prepared & cooked with style & simply presented.
Our vegetables-salads are gown up in the Valley’s with our potatoes arriving daily for our special home chunky chips. Simon meets most of our suppliers to select the best produce and knows the providence of our Fresh Fish Seafood & Local Reared Meats with most Veg & Salad been picked on the day.
Our Menu can be adapted to suit those with dietary requirements; Gluten Free – Vegetarians – Pescaterians –Vegans we are happy to do most things as long as we know in advance please advice when making a reservation.
